Character guide

Zapped. Brian (James Buckley)

Brian

AKA: Brian Weaver.  Played by: James Buckley

Brian is a bit of a waster with no direction in his life. When he puts on what he thinks is a bracelet he finds himself abruptly transported to a parallel world. Now he's trying to get back to the reality he's familiar with... but he needs to get the bracelet back first.

Zapped. Howell (Paul Kaye)

Howell

Played by: Paul Kaye

Howell is a deranged wizard who holds the knowledge needed to help Brian get back to his reality. Unfortunately, he's often drunk or on drugs. Howell runs the local shop selling magical items.

Zapped. Barbara (Sharon Rooney)

Barbara

Played by: Sharon Rooney

Barbara is a soothsayer... well, she says she is. Everyone else thinks her talents are somewhat questionable. Her predictions normally turn out to be wildly wrong, but she just about manages to bluff her way through an explanation. She thinks Brian is exotic and exciting... and she makes it rather obvious to him that she's interested in him.

Zapped. Steg (Kenneth Collard)

Steg

AKA: Steg Steggson.  Played by: Kenneth Collard

Steg is an armchair revolutionary who seems to spend more time in the pub than actually campaigning for anything. His parents were a giant and a dwarf, which means he has been 'verbally abused' and teased for most of his life.

Zapped. Herman (Louis Emerick)

Herman

Played by: Louis Emerick

Herman is a former warrior who now runs a pub called The Jug And The Other Jug. He wants an easy and quiet life, but trouble keeps coming through the doors of his establishment.
