Wussywat finds a microphone and recorder. Ortus explains it's for singing and Ird insists on showing them her singing and tap dancing act. Wussywat tries to record her but speeds her up and slows her down by pressing the wrong buttons.
Ird goes off in a sulk so Ortus shows him how to record things properly. They find lots of different sounds, one of which, Oggy's wagging tail, has the same rhythm as Ird's song. Wussywat makes a sampled backing track for her so she can sing for them again. What a clever cat!
