Jealousies develop when Worzel meets a warm-hearted Cockney dressmaker's dummy called Dolly Clothes-Peg. Meanwhile, Aunt Sally is smitten by a fairground strongman. But the course of true love doesn't run smooth for scarecrows, and Worzel returns to his deserted post at Scatterbrook Farm.
