Heading to Eastbourne, a town with one of the oldest populations in the country, they spend the day in ageing body suits - designed to mimic the sensations of being elderly, from decreased muscle mass to poor eyesight, hearing loss and even the shakes.

It's a huge shock - especially for Will, when Ralf turns the specialist gloves which cause hand tremors up to the max. Struggling to do simple activities like make a cup of tea or have a simple kickabout, there's a lot of falling over - and what started as a fun physical challenge turns into a profound experience neither of them will forget.

He's signed them up to join the Dreamboys - a high-profile male strip troupe - on stage that night in Milton Keynes. Much to Ralf's horror, they will be taking their clothes off in front of over 1000 paying customers. Even Will's wife has come along for the show...
