The local electricity generator blows away in the fierce Cornish winds. Angela, appointed Power Cut Tsar, tries to whip up the spirit that made the Blitz so much fun. Mary becomes obsessed with matchmaking Holly and Harry, because frankly she'd like to watch them making love. Big mistake.
