Whatever did happen to those likely lads?
We have a pair of tickets to give away for the hottest classic comedy event of the season: a unique screening ahead of the Blu-ray world premiere release of The Likely Lads film.
More Than Likely: A Celebration of The Likely Lads will be screening for the first time the previously lost episodes A Star Is Born and Far Away Places, from the original 1960s BBC television sitcom. These will be followed by a very special Q&A with creators Dick Clement and Ian La Frenais and, to round off an already exciting evening, the restored Likely Lads feature film will also be screened.
The celebration is due to take place at The Prince Charles Cinema in London on Tuesday (12th March). Information & tickets
Freshly restored, and in a first-ever Blu-ray release, The Likely Lads film - with the missing episodes included as extra features - will be available on Blu-ray and DVD from Monday 18th March, with copies of the new release exclusively available for early purchase by ticket holders on the night.
