Donna has become a successful sales executive at a bucket factory. Gaz is unable to get over losing Donna, and has been consoling himself by constant eating... and he's put on 15 stone! He's mortified when he bumps into Donna and she can't believe the size of him.

Janet insists Jonny get a job, much to his horror, and sorts him out with the position of pot man at the pub, working with Kelly. Luckily for him, he manages to get the sack on his first day.

Janet and Jonny haven't been bothering to do any tidying up, and their house is a tip. Louise brings round the teenage girls she's supervising for her Community Service order to tidy up. But they just end up sitting round with Janet, drinking and smoking fags.

Janet realises she really doesn't want her baby to grow up to be like these teenagers, so she finally sets about tidying up, and developing her mothering and nesting instincts.

Meanwhile, Gaz is determined to slim down and get Donna back, so he decides to lose weight the best way he knows how and with Munch coaching him, he manages to lose weight doing a very pleasurable exercise!
