On Gaz's advice Jonny decides acting like a bastard will get Janet to take more notice of him. He tries his best to be a 'nob-head' but can't quite master treating his 'chicken-bunny' badly. Desperate to be bad, Jonny lands up in hospital after a psychotic granny pushes him down the stairs, the reason being that he hadn't helped her across the road.
Gaz worries that his single days are over until Donna reassures him that all she wants is sex sex sex, but then invites him round to her mum's for Sunday dinner.
