The Twirlywoos are stroking a lady's soft, fluffy hat. Toodloo runs off underneath the hat and Great BigHoo, Chickedy and Chick chase after it. A lady walking her dog strokes the hat, a man eating his sandwiches accidentally tries to eat it and a bald man enjoys wearing it.
