The Twirlywoos see a lady and her father sitting in deckchairs at the beach. The lady insists that her dad puts his sun hat on but when he thinks she isn't looking, he takes it off. The Twirlywoos pop up behind her dad and take his hat off again! In the end the lady ties her scarf around her dad's head to keep his hat on! The Very Important Lady visits the boat, only to fall apart. The Twirlywoos have to put her back together.
