Series 3, Episode 6 - The Body

Tudur Owen embarks on a quest to discover the truth about the human body. It's a story of breakdancers, contortionists and '80s jacuzzis, full of lively characters from the nation's TV past.

Further details

In a clip from 1987, astrologer Russell Grant is at Deeside Leisure Centre for a day full of keep-fit exercises. How will he cope when put through his paces?

Elsewhere, a group of fitness fanatics make a 10-mile circuit training session all the more interesting, and difficult, by completing it whilst carrying bricks for the duration.

Other TV moments include a Reverend attempting to break the world record for time spent laying on a bed of nails for charity, a baby-boy boom in the village of Corris and, in a more recent addition to the archives, The Call Centre's Hayley Pearce experiences the effects of aging.
