Gavin's off work and, with rumours swirling about the fallout between him and Richard, people are starting to wonder if he has in fact been sacked. Fuel is only added to the fire when Julie is temporarily promoted to manager.
Filling in for Julie, Katie is somewhat distracted after discovering a manuscript for Julie's own take on the 50 Shades phenomenon, set in Valco's aisles and surely inspired by Colin and Lisa's top-shelf activities. Plus, Anna uses scare tactics to get Neville's daughter to respect him.
