Christmas Eve is not only the busiest day of the year at Valco, it also marks the start of the annual contest between the Warrington and Wigan branches, with the losing manager incurring aforfeit. The latter goes too far this time, though, and foul play is suspected when Warrington's delivery fails to arrive. Fret not as Gavin, Julie and co take extreme measures to salvage their stock and save Christmas.

There is light at the end of the aisle in the form of the staff party, where everyone gets well and truly trollied. Julie turns her hand to karaoke and tries to serenade Gavin with a song, only to suffer a wardrobe malfunction, before the moment we've been crossing all things crossable for as Kieran and Katie grow closer after enjoying one beverage too many.
