Series 2, Episode 7 - A Wapping Mythology (The Workers' King)
Alf has won two tickets to see the Liverpool versus West Ham football match and Mike automatically assumes he will be accompanying him. A row over whether Alf's father knew ex-King Edward VIII, the Duke of Windsor, threatens to scupper Mike's plans, so he goes on a charm offensive down the pub and gets Alf very drunk.
