Mike is unemployed again and not unhappy at the prospect as his benefit has gone up by £5. His new found income includes a payment for rent and he is informed that if he does not pass it on to Alf then he could be found out by government snoopers. His generous offer to increase his rent contribution makes everyone suspicious...
