A grieving Adam faces a tribunal over his malpractice, and is no longer sure if he can go on in medicine. Reconnecting with Harry, he tries to decide where his future lies.

Adam is back living in his childhood home, preparing to face the tribunal panel who will determine the fate of his career. When his boss gives him some toxic advice, Adam is confronted with an agonising dilemma: tell the truth or lie to keep his job.
Whatever the outcome of the tribunal, Adam still has a huge question to answer: is medicine really the right path for him? As he tries to reconnect with Harry, Adam desperately tries to prove he's changed.
But can he really find happiness with Harry and remain a doctor?
