Further details

The team take a trip to Carew Castle, where they meet a storyteller in the haunted north-west tower, who recounts the legend of Lord Roland Rhys and his pet barbary ape, who lived in the 17th century. Believing the ape's ghost still resides within the castle, John sets out to make contact with the spirit, even calling in the help of an animal psychic.

In Llangollen, at a Faery Festival, Mike and John learn that if you want to see a fairy, you mustn't think about seeing a fairy. Keen to summon one, John makes a bet with Mike, with the security of their van at stake. With Fairy Glen in Betws-y-Coed as inspiration, can John clear his mind long enough to see a fairy, and win the bet?
