The Sunday Night Project was a hour-long comedy entertainment show presented by Justin Lee Collins, Alan Carr and a guest celebrity. Packed full of regular comedy strands and games, the show mixed sketches, topical satire and general entertainment to keep viewers entertained on a Sunday night.
For the first six series, the show was broadcast on a Friday night and thus it had the title The Friday Night Project. The first series was notably different in that it was hosted by Jimmy Carr, Rob Rouse, Sharon Horgan and Lucy Montgomery. It moved nights and was re-branded as The Sunday Night Project at the start of series seven.
