Jason's moving out, Erin's got a new car and everything's happening too fast for Henry. Meanwhile, Vincent turns to a downbeat Darren to reach fitness perfection.
While Laura embraces the change at home, Henry's not so keen on the idea of his kids becoming so independent. He persuades Laura to help him stakeout his son's new place using his "street eyes".
Meanwhile, Vincent embarks on yet another reinvention - as a fitness king. A disgusted Vonny makes it clear she doesn't want to be married to a trackie-wearing gym bore, while Vincent hires Darren as his personal trainer.
After snubbing Darren's marriage proposal, Colette goes on the warpath confronting anyone who dares suggest she's a baddie...including her formidable mother, Moira.
