Written by and starring the hit Edinburgh Festival sketch trio Electric Eel, The Estate Agents is set at Embassy Properties, a south London estate agent. Three hapless estate agents inhabit a deliciously skewed parallel universe packed with twisted characters, extreme violence and disastrous scenarios.

Mark England (Cliff Kelly) is an upright, hard-working chap with a misplaced enthusiasm for the estate agent profession and an unhealthy obsession with Richard Madeley.

Mark Devlin (Adam G Goodwin) is a magnet for disaster and bloody encounters and has an unhealthy interest in the macabre. He's in the process of splitting up with his wife and is soon to become homeless.

Jerry Zachary (Dan Clark) is the cocaine snorting, up for 'the Donald', womanising slime ball. Playing the role of big fish in a small pond, Jerry takes pleasure in tormenting Devlin at every available opportunity.
