The Carrott Trial (BBC1), a rather strained way of showing Jasper Carrott repeats without actually calling them that, has a riveting image. Hair growing back. It started with a 1992 show, moved back to 1990 and then sunddenly yanked him violently back 10 years. Hair flowed back majestically like the tide. Carrott is visibly a much better comedian now. So it's less about hair growing than growing.
