Extended length hour-long episode to conclude the second series. Everybody gathers for Richard and Ava's wedding.

Further details

Everybody gathers for Richard and Ava's wedding - including Dave - and although it's traditional for the bride to be a little bit late, Ava's terrible timekeeping suggests she has no intention of making an appearance at all.

Richard is understandably gutted, but maybe a chat with Sarah will cheer him up, who, spurred on by her dad, opens up about her feelings for him.

Carol, meanwhile, is chuffed when Stan finally pops his question, albeit a slightly tweaked one, and Mare, the show's golden girl, makes a decision regarding a possible move to retirement community, The Lodge.

Hearty, humble stuff, the finale even features a cameo from Charlie Dimmock, who pops down to judge the Weston-S-Mare In Bloom competition. Given Stan and Jason's efforts, surely Cyril's is the odds-on-fave?
