Further details
It seems to be business as usual as we take our seats at Cyril's and catch up with the regulars for the second series. Sarah is still single; Kieran is still depressed; and Chloe is still embarking on ill-advised romances. An unexpected announcement from Richard and Ava, however, soon causes a stir, not to mention Mary's forays into tweeting, or, rather, twitting.
Stan, meanwhile, has been busy plotting a big surprise for Carol, one that is sadly scuppered by the arrival of Phil, a photographer hired by Brenda to shoot a Weston tourist brochure, who also happens to be Carol's ex-husband and Sarah's dad.
The other new face is Jason, a young man serving community service at the allotments.
