The 10%ers is set in Eden Management, a West End theatrical agency with a motley crew of employees (the series taking its name from the agent's traditional cut of clients' fees).
Head of the agency Dominic Eden is always looking to woo new talent and he and his colleagues spend much of their time frantically nursing actors' delicate egos or fighting off the attentions of rival agents.
The team consists of untrustworthy American Tony, self-centred Joan, obliging Helen, suave Atin and two dodgy secretaries, Enid and Gloria. Vanessa is a new agent joining the team in place of Helen in the second series.
