Jason Manford is joined by comedians Jimmy Carr, Russell Kane, Sarah Keyworth and Geoff Norcott as they play a series of games based on the funniest and quirkiest complaints from the British public.

Teamed up in pairs, the comedians play the roles of customer and customer service rep in a new parlour game. They also take a look at some of the strangest grumbles and gripes to feature in local news articles and ask 'What's the Point?' in complaining... Jason shares some of the most unlikely petitions launched online, and guests share what they would most like to grumble about and gather support for online. Should all Christmas advertising really be banned before December?

The comedians dissect the funniest shop reviews from the internet, including late-night takeaway shops, and we find out why Geoff wants to put an end to autumn, and what Russell likes to complain about so much that he carries around his own portable kettle and coffee-making kit!

We also get the low-down on Sarah Keyworth's curious neighbourhood dispute, and Jimmy teaches us the passive-aggressive art of removing someone's bag from a train seat.
