John Robins demonstrates the power of his forearms, Steve Pemberton stains his shirt with orange juice, and Sophie Willan repeatedly shouts the name of a body part in Little Alex Horne's little flustered face. Taskmaster Greg Davies has his usual task of trying to award points for things such as Nick Mohammed constructing a bottle orchestra and Joanne McNally trying to act out the word "beer".

Task 3, Part 1: Take Alex to one side and do the following things to him: confess your favourite piece of kitchen equipment. Scream a body part of your choice in his face. Declare a gardening tool in a silly voice. You have three minutes. Your time starts now.

- John: Balti pan, forearm, rake.
- Nick: Garlic press, little toe, rake.
- Sophie: Spatula, boob, shears.
- Steve: Cheese grater, armpit, hosepipe.

Task 3, Part 2: Get the most orange juice in the vase. Only your chosen items [from Part 1] may touch the oranges. You have five minutes. Your time starts now.
