Series 16, Episode 6 - Brother Alex

Sue Perkins makes an extraordinary noise, Julian Clary gets on his hands and knees, and Lucy Beaumont creeps everyone out. Elsewhere, Sam Campbell proves adept at identifying colourful birds, and Susan Wokoma finds unexpected reasons to be grateful for her formal acting training.

Prize task: The greatest thing that makes quite a loud noise when you shake it.

- Sam Campbell: A bucket, lined with sandpaper, full to the brim with matches and fire alarms. - 5
- Lucy Beaumont: A cream horn, i.e. an airhorn with a can of squirty cream attached to it. - 4
- Sue Perkins: Her three-times great-aunt Margaret's glass swan collection. - 3

Task 1: Avoid the rubbish robots. You may not remove your blindfold at any point, and at least one of your knees must be touching the floor throughout. Longest time untouched by a rubbish robot wins. Your time starts when the rubbish robots start.

Task 2 (Team Task), Part 1: Recreate your teammate's garage scene. Your have 15 minutes. Your time starts when your teammate calls. Part 2: Instruct your teammates to create your garage scene. You may not say any of the words on any of the labels. You may not leave your location. The most accurate recreation wins. You have 15 minutes. Your time has already started. Also, you must try on all the outfits in the basket one at a time, and not mention anything about it to your teammates.

- Everyone scores three points.

Task 3: Present a piece called Heads, Shoulders Kness and Toes (knees and toes). Most powerful pieces wins. You have 20 minutes. Your time starts now.

- Lucy: A macabre piece where Lucy plays an eerie woman examining "Brother Alex" and his heads, shoulders, knees and toes. - 5
- Sam: Performs a police drama called The Case of the Insane Murder. - 5
- Sue: A health and safety presentation on how to perform "Heads, Shoulders, Knees and Toes" safely. - 4
- Susan: A piece of avant-garde theatre, commenting on the death penalty. - 4
- Julian: Creates a drawing highlighting someone's heads, shoulders, knees and toes. - 2

Live task: Pass the pineapples amongst you for 15 seconds while the Taskmaster shuts his eyes and has a little think. When the Taskmaster opens his eyes, he will say if he thinks you are holding a pineapple behind your back or not. If he accuses you wrongly, you get a point. Most points after three rounds wins.
