Series 15, Episode 5 - Old Honkfoot

Taskmaster. Alex Horne
As the five intrepid comedians approach the halfway point in the series, Taskmaster Greg wants to put all of their skills to the test by challenging their short-term memory, their musicality, and their short-term memory. Frankie Boyle impresses with his falsetto. Kiell Smith-Bynoe wows everyone with his spoon retrieval abilities. And Mae Martin fakes their way into Little Alex Horne's wallet.

Prize task: The luckiest thing.

- Kiell Smith-Bynoe: A scratchcard bought by the luckiest woman in Britain. - 5
- Mae Martin: Lucky lenses, namely a pair of sunglasses to which four-leaf clovers, rabbit's feet and a horseshoe have been attacked. - 4
- Frankie Boyle: A bag that was left at a theatre by a fan of his, depicting himself and animals. - 3
- Ivo Graham: A maneki neko Japanese bobtail cat figure, a figure of ex-footballer Steve Bruce, his favourite lucky poker hand, and the silver spoon he was born with in his mouth, all stuck to a mortarboard. - 3
- Jenny Eclair: A photo of herself and her grandson. - 2

Task 1: Fake something. Best fake wins. You have 20 minutes. Ready steady go.

- Frankie: Fakes his own death. - 5
- Ivo: A member of crew pretends to be Ivo, pretending to be an Egyptian mummy. - 4
- Mae: Pretends to be a spirit medium, using information about Alex that they got from his wife. - 4
- Jenny: Fakes a heart attack, then a nosebleed. - 2
- Kiell: Makes a fake hand out of cake and eggshells. - 2

Task 2: Play the instrument indicated by the light. Each time you play an instrument correctly, another will be added to the sequence until you make a mistake. Longest sequence wins. There is a bonus point for the person who sounds the least worst. Your time starts when the first light goes on.

- Jenny: 6 - 3
- Kiell: 5, plus bonus point for sounding the least worst. - 3

Most salvaged spoons brought to the lab wins. Also, from now on, you must speak in a very high-pitched voice. You have 16 minutes. Your time starts now.

- Jenny, Kiell and Mae: 9 - 0
- Frankie and Ivo: Disqualified for not getting to the lab in time. - 0

Live task (Team Task), Part 1: Stuff all these things in your teammate's outfit. If you are wearing a special outfit, you must stay on your spot and with your hands on your head at all times. Fastest wins. Part 2 (for the winning team only): Say how many things you stuffed in your teammate's outfit. If you are correct, your points are doubled. If you are wrong, the other team gets your points. You have one minute. Your time starts when Alex blows his whistle.

- Jenny, Kiell and Mae: Correctly guess there are 29 items. - 10
- Frankie and Ivo - 0
