Eric Sykes and Hattie Jacques play identical twins living together at 28 Sebastopol Terrace, East Acton.
Mostly due to Eric's rather obstinate, almost child-like behaviour, they find themselves involved in all manner of bizarre and unfortunate situations, often involving their snobbish neighbour Mr Brown and local constable Corky.
