Still Open All Hours - Series Five

Still Open All Hours - Series Five

The complete fifth series of the popular Sunday-evening sitcom, starring Sir David Jason as shopkeeper Granville Arkwright.

Granville still has his sights set on romance with Mavis, and Madge is giving Gastric more attention these days, but that could be because she's impressed with his invention skills.

The Black Widow is still keeping her options open in the pursuit of Granville and Mr Newbold. Does she have competition in the shape of Mrs Rossi? Meanwhile, Leroy attempts to get Beth to dump her childhood sweetheart and enlists her best friend Ruby to help with his plan. Eric and Cyril try to impress their wives when they try various sporting activities, but still find time to get in touch with their artistic side.

An oversized balloon wreaks havoc, and Arkwright's shop continues to offer more unlikely products and barmy schemes than you could shake a Yorkshire pudding at. And, of course, Arkwright still has to contend with the unpredictable snapping jaws of the till.

Also includes the 2018 Christmas special.

Not in the UK?

Fear not! Many items can still be ordered. Amazon in the UK delivers to many international territories, whilst their Australia, USA and Canada stores also supply many equivalent or imported items.

If you are in the North America, look out for US/Canadian flag icons on popular product listings for direct links.

If you order from a UK store, please note that the UK is in Region 2 and B, respectively, for DVDs and Blu-rays - check your player's compatibility, or look for multi-region products if you are located in another region.

If you are in Australia or New Zealand (DVD Region 4), note that almost all DVDs distributed in the UK by the BBC and 2entertain are encoded for both Region 2 and Region 4. The UK and Australasia are in the same Blu-ray region (B).
