Stella - Series 1-5
Stella Morris, forty something mum of three, professional ironer and single divorcee, living in the fictional South Wales town of Pontyberry, is surrounded by an off-the-wall family and eccentric friends - such as Paula the alcoholic undertaker married to Stella's brother Dai and well versed in the world of sex games. And Big Alan the lollipop man, in love with Stella since 1984 with a penchant for pilchards and rugby.
Then there's Stella's kids - Luke the car thief serving time in prison, Emma her 16 year old daughter, desperately in love and wanting to leave school, and Ben the brainy baby of the brood, whose innocent family tree project opens a can of worms for Stella that will change her life forever.
Over these five series, we watch as Stella falls in and out of love, fiercely defends those close to her, rejoices, commiserates, grieves and celebrates, gets happy, gets sad, gets laid, gets hired, gets fired, gets older, gets broody...
Ideal for a box set binge, Stella takes you on a glorious 51 episode journey and shares with you its world of joy, Welsh humour and warmth. You won't want to stop watching...
