Luke prepares to move to Canada, while Stella must decide between Sean and Rob. Who will she choose? James Corden guest stars.

As the family celebrate the birth of Emma and Sunil's baby, Stella finds herself with some explaining to do to Sean. But he isn't making it easy for her. And at the same time as attempting to save her relationship, Stella must also prepare to bid farewell to Luke as he leaves Pontyberry for a new life in Canada.

Luke isn't the only one making a new start either: a devastated Bobby gives his notice to Paula and gets ready to move to Bristol with new boyfriend Steve (guest star James Corden).

Meanwhile, following the early arrival of their son, Emma and Sunil must postpone their wedding, much to the exasperation of Jasminder who won't let them move into their new flat until they're man and wife. Taking matters into their own hands, the new parents secretly head to the registry office where their booking still remains.

Later, at Luke's leaving party, Rob gives Stella some thinking to do when he admits he still loves her. Will she choose her first love over Sean? As the series draws to a close, she certainly has a bombshell of her own...
