Stath
Stath is a chaotic Greek-Cypriot lettings agent, working for his dad in North London. He is desperate to prove himself worthy of taking over the family business, Michael & Eagle, but is let down by his epic incompetence and divisive personality.
Sophie
Stath's cheery, put-upon sister Sophie doesn't work at Michael & Eagle, but is always expected to help out. She dreams of being a professional dancer, despite her complete lack of talent.
Carole
Apprentice-wannabe Carole is Michael & Eagle's top-performing agent and Stath's biggest rival to become manager. She lives to let flats and flaunt it in front of her colleagues.
Al
Painfully shy Michael & Eagle employee Al is worshipped by the family for reasons no one else can understand. Al struggles to keep up a long-distance relationship with his Japanese girlfriend, but is clearly besotted with Sophie.
Dean
Disillusioned lettings agent Dean is unfortunate enough to see his meaningless job for what it is and struggles to get through the day at Michael & Eagle.
Vasos
Stath's eccentric dad Vasos is approaching 70 and longs to retire, but fears his useless children can't survive without him.
Robbie
Robbie is the posh agent who works at Smethwicks, the property specialists situated in the office next door. He keeps antagonising Stath.

Marcus is Michael & Eagle's relentlessly cheerful and hugely irritating accounts guy, who is clearly going through a midlife crisis.
