Stath gets a chance to show a couple a lovely semi-detached home. They're on the cusp of signing up until they see the back garden, which is overgrown and full of rubbish.

Stath is still struggling to let any flats, so he is delighted when his dad gives him a garden flat to let in a desirable area. Thinking it will sell itself, Stath only books one viewing. However the viewing doesn't go to plan when they see the garden. Hapless Stath tries to salvage the situation with disastrous consequences. Meanwhile Sophie and Al get closer while trying to help Stath with the job. Will love blossom for the unlikely pair?
