Frank and Betty recieve a letter from Frank's grandfather in Australia, saying he will be visitng them soon. Meanwhile, the Spencer's doctor, Dr. Mender, is about to appear in the hospital's production of Cinderella, so whe Jessica swallows a jubilee coin by accident, he has to dress into his costume at the Spencer's house, and causes Frank and Betty to think the worst. Later, when Grandpa Spencer arrives, Frank welcomes him dressed in a most eye-opening outfit.
