Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em

After losing yet another position, Frank is persuaded by Betty to participate in a course in Public Relations. During the course, Frank makes a friend, Eddie, and has high hopes in bettering himself, but after breaking the electronic food dispensers in the canteen, causing a brawl in the sleeping quarters and starting an argument during a discussion which eventually causes the other attendants to walk out, Mr. Watson, the course leader, is so frustrated that he chases Frank away.
