Comedy drama by Mathew David based on real-life events.
Mathew, a 33-year-old gay man, is shopping with his mum, Bernie, but trying to find the perfect fitting shirt is difficult - the smalls are too small and the mediums are too big. Mathew's focus on his belly fat causes his mother to be concerned about his behaviour.
Flashbacks to an abusive relationship with his ex cause Mathew to go deeper down the rabbit hole. Can loving mother Bernie pull him out of the darkness? Will Mathew be happy in his own skin? Or will he be destined to live in fear of his own body?
