Volunteer Officer Ken Beattie gets embroiled in affairs of the heart when a jilted bride-to-be, Rachel, turns litterbug on a bridge, while Desk Sergeant Karen Ann Miller is offered fingerprints and glockenspiel music from Bobby Muir.
