The Twirlywoos are in a back garden where they watch a man hanging washing up on a line. Chickedy and Chick get into the washing basket and the man accidentally pegs them up on the line too! The Twirlywoos are having tea, but the tea table is misbehaving. It keeps going further and further up, propelling Great BigHoo and Toodloo all the way out of the top of the boat!
