Mitchell and Webb became established in fringe theatre and radio before That Mitchell & Webb Sound transferred to television to critical acclaim. Mitchell's performance as Mark Corrigan in Channel Four's Peep Show cemented his position as a comic actor before going on to make his feature film debut with Webb in Magicians. He has remained loyal to the small screen as a panel show regular and as co-host of 10 O'Clock Live.
