Below stairs, chambermaids are up in arms over a pay mess up whilst rumours of a planned heist threaten a diamond auction due to take place at the hotel. With management locking down all of Charlie's financial contingencies, he must use alternative means to find cash to make sure the auction happens - with disastrous consequences.
