Series 2, Episode 4

Renovating an attic room for Miss Brahms, Captain Peacock discovers a petrified pussy secreted in a hidden wall cavity. After donating the moggie - at least 200 years old - to the local museum, Mavis and Maurice are aghast: a cat in the wall is sure to bring good fortune and ward off evil. Sure enough, soon odd things begin to happen around the manor.
