Episode 6 - A Fool's Guide To Movie Comedy

The last programme in the series tries to find out whether there are any sure-fire rules on how to make a hit comedy movie, from the initial concept through to the star-studded Hollywood premiere. Actor Leslie Nielsen demonstrates his ten golden rules of comedy, as seen in both Airplane! and The Naked Gun. Others offering their tips on what makes cinema-goers laugh include Carl Reiner (Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid), Gene Wilder (Blazing Saddles), and Mike Myers (Wayne's World). But then, as Leslie Nielsen says, "Only a fool would seek a definition of comedy."
