1992 Specials, Episode 1 - Red Nose Of Courage

John Major, the son of a circus performer has no circus skills at all and so is forced into a lowly clowning position at his dad's circus. However he dreams of a career in politics and by stroke of good fortune finds himself as leader of the Tory party. But this is where his problems begin: Labour leader Glenys Kinnock falls in love with Major's evening alter ego Coco the Clown. Poor old Coco has to balance his love with the Labour leader with her emnity when he is, unbeknownst to her, John Major the Prime Minister.
