Tessa finds she has another admirer when she travels to Chad to oversee a project. Frank also receives a romantic proposition - while he's in the middle of buying a run-down riverside wharf for development. Only one of them succumbs to temptation, but when the truth is out, they both discover that their "freedom without commitment" contract doesn't necessarily mean a relationship without jealousy.
