Izzy has three problems; she's overweight, she's addicted to chocolate cake and she's embarked on a passionate affair with Michael - who is married to Louise. And then there is the pottery master, Dick, adoring, faithful, boring, Dick, who asks nothing more out of life than to share it with Izzy. But pottery mugs and consoling dinners are no substitute for glamorous, green-eyed Michael. And when Charles comes into her life, the dizzy schoolteacher's tangled love life is a recipe for disaster.
