With the Bradford office temporarily closed, large numbers of staff are relocated. Against Mr Digby's wishes, Thelma agrees to have one such 'evacuee' placed in their office - and it turns out to be crotchety old Ma Lightfoot. She and Roland don't get on at the best of times, but now there's a significant squeeze on space too.
