After their night of romance it's clear that Sally and Nigel are developing real feelings for each other but Sally explains that nothing more can happen between them. Later that evening the team let their hair down and a drunk Deborah makes a move on Sally. Meanwhile, a brokenhearted Nigel seduces the hotel barmaid. When the fire alarm is set off, everyone has to gather outside, but a panicked Eleanor, unable to use the lifts, is trapped inside the hotel. Then, to everyone's surprise, Eleanor suddenly bursts out of the hotel in a full sprint.
