George can't wait to meet up with his old comrades but his wife, Lil, is not so sure - "they won't turn up" she tells him. But everyone turns up, totally transformed from each other's memory and willing to turn monotony into mirthful mayhem.

When George starts to complain about the permissive society, he is accused of being "past it". As he was once the biggest lothario on board ship, he determines to prove to his mates that he still has it in him.
