Trip Hazard: My Great British Adventure. Image shows from L to R: Lady Leshurr, Rosie Jones
Rosie takes rapper Lady Leshurr to Northamptonshire, where she's arranged to abseil down the largest permanent abseil tower in the world.

Further details

Rosie takes rapper Lady Leshurr to Northamptonshire, where she's arranged to abseil down the largest permanent abseil tower in the world - the 418ft National Lift Tower in Northampton.

There's only one problem - Leshurr is afraid of heights! So, to prove to Leshurr that she can do anything she puts her mind to, Rosie's organised a high-octane tour of the county's best activities. They take a flight in a microlight, crash an anti-gravity yoga class, meet the Scottish community in Corby for some traditional dancing, milk a goat and Rosie drives a car for the first time at Silverstone racetrack, before they both attempt a dangerous donut.

But, at the end of the trip, will they face the terrifying tower?
